Thank you so much for this, such a beautiful and resonate way to connect. I sat with your prompts this morning and let them guide me during my morning writing practice and I was so moved by what came through. I will make this a regular practice - connecting with and tending to my inner landscape and eco systems. Thanks again! ❤️🙏🏻

Thank you for sharing, Kristin. I'm so happy to know that this piece and the prompts resonated. I agree, it's a beautiful and revealing practice. One I use in my herbal apprenticesihps, too. I imagine your body is (and will continue to be) grateful for the attention and care. 💚

Thank you for this, Vanessa! I will spend some time meditating on these prompts - it has never occurred to me to inquire about my inner landscape and ecology. I have noticed lately that I am having trouble with body temperature regulation - perhaps I am experiencing sympathy pangs. Much love to you as you work towards completing your book and hope you are settling in to your new home :)

I'm so glad this resonated, Amanda. If you feel moved to share after you meditate on this and write, I'd love to hear/read about how it felt and what came up for you. Thank you for the love and well-wishes! The new space feels so good. ❤️

This morning, here in Manitoba, there was a six-hour thunderstorm - it woke me up repeatedly throughout the night and was still ongoing as I sat in coffee meditation time this morning (amazing, I love thunderstorms and they never seem to last that long here). My inner landscape (this morning anyway) was like a jungle teeming and roiling with life, beautiful and wild creatures everywhere, packed with potentiality, but with this deep sense of mystery and the knowing that it can't be fully known, only explored and wandered through...

(Which I found kind of interesting since my outer world is a little sparse and thirsty right now! I was expecting a burnt-out wasteland inside haha). So, now it's for me to reconcile these parts of myself. Thanks again for this prompt - very intriguing! I am so curious to hear others' experiences with this one!

I love this. How exciting to find such a rich and lush inner landscape! And the mystery... so interesting. So much to explore.
