Thank you for this beautiful reminder of the slowness to welcoming spring, the old friends coming up to greet us and the hope that can comfort through moving with the seasons of our life and the world around us. I love this post. 🌿

Thank you, Jessica. Happy Spring! I hope you're emerging at a pace that feels nourishing for you. I look forward to seeing the young green arise and unfurl, and hearing more birds sing as they return. 💚

Thank you! This is perfect! Yes asking permission and if you do harvest leave a gift of your hair for the plants. I save my hair from my brush to give.

Cheers.

Lovely, yes! I often pluck a piece of my hair as an offering. I'm so happy to know this resonated. Happy Equinox! 🌱

Thank you for the reminder that we are nature ourselves, and that we are adjusting to this change... I find it hard sometimes when spring arrives because I havent given myself the chance to melt and "emerge slowly". We too are emerging. I recently did a spring cleaning which helped me reprioritize my space - I moved my work computer out of the front and center and cleared my round table, just for making art and medicine :)

I'm so happy this resonted. Sometimes we rush ourselves into new seasons. And I love that you cleared space to prioritize art and medicine making! I can't wait to see wild edible and medicinal greens appear. 🌱

Your writing too! One feels so immersed in the entirety of nature and the world through your writing, as if the boundary between oneself and the world is questioned, reduced, made illusory almost. One is asked to pay attention. It's beautiful.

Ah... thank you so much. That is precisely the intention (and simply the reality for me, and way it comes through).
